Jernhusen – Malmö Central Station

The property was recently modernised but retained its original charm while attaining better travel opportunities. More than 50,000 visitors and travellers pass through here every day.

Assignment/solution

Following technical restoration of the station, it was identified that the installed systems were not synchronised with each other. The building is complex with very varying loads throughout the day and the building stepped on the gas and break at the same time. In most cases completely unnecessarily.
